Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in the UAE. The role requires engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience while meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a proactive approach to driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet, assist, and guide customers in selecting products/services.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Understand and promote product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by management.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Ensure merchandise is well displayed, stocked, and maintained.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
  • Support store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
Skills & Competencies
  • Customer Service Orientation: Ability to engage with customers warmly and professionally.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Persuasive communication and ability to close sales effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong interest in understanding product details to guide customers.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in English (Arabic language proficiency is a plus).

Qualifications & Experience
  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the UAE/GCC retail industry is advantageous.
