Pool Repair Technician at Sea Breeze Pools – Sorrento, Florida

We are seeking a career-minded, hard-working, customer-focused, team player for a rewarding full-time position with competitive compensation. Qualified candidates must have pool repair experience in the pool industry for 2 years or more.

$22 - $29 hourly

• Diagnose faulty equipment to determine if it needs to be fixed or replaced
• Identify and fix cracks or leaks in the pool area structure, pipes, or plumbing

• Provide written, detailed quotes for pool equipment
• Communicating with customers to explain repair options and provide estimates
• Contact customers to complete the sale
• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair pool automation, variable speed pumps, heaters, filters, salt systems, lighting, and electrical systems
• Maintaining accurate records of repairs and parts inventory in pool software
• Providing professional and courteous service
• Providing technical guidance
• Monitoring the quality of repair work
• Ordering parts and supplies as needed

• You have 2+ years of pool repair experience
• You are proficient in estimating
• You have excellent communication skills
• You have strong electrical, plumbing, and problem-solving skills
• You are organized
