Burkley Fitness Center - Facility Supervisor at Jefferson Community Health Center – Fairbury, Nebraska

Jefferson Community Health & Life is looking for someone to work at the Fitness Center.

Ideally someone that could work mainly evenings, weekends and holidays but could also fill in for daytime staff when they are on vacation.

Evening Hours: 5:00pm - 9:00pm

Saturdays: 7:00am - 5:00pm

Sundays: 1:00pm - 5:00pm

Daytime Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm (if possible)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Supervises facility activities at the Fitness Center by assisting members and guest using the facility, servicing and maintaining equipment, and providing a safe and pleasant environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)

* Excellent Customer Services Skills

* CPR certified or willing to get certified.

* Excellent cleaning and sanitation skills required.

* Able to follow company policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL Job Duties and Responsibilities:

* Oversees and monitors all facility activities, provides customer service to members and guests, and provides a safe and pleasant environment.

* Monitors all areas and equipment to ensure the safety of members, guests and other employees.

* Conducts Pool Tests in accordance with established timelines and procedures

* Cleans and monitors the facility and equipment.

* Restocks supplies
