Must-Have:

• 5+ years of experience with demand planning & project management in banking sector
• Experienced in developing demand forecasting, preparing annual portfolio plans for EPMO projects, and implementing scope duplication mechanisms
• Proficiency in governance, monitoring of projects, reporting, and collaboration with stakeholders
• Familiarity with Project Management tools and MS Office

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Engineering, or Business Administration
• PMP, CAPM, or any other related certifications are preferred
