Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the daily operations of kitchen equipment and supplies to ensure smooth workflow

- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards

- Perform food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, dicing, grilling, baking, boiling, frying, and sautéing

- Support kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards

- Assist the Executive Chef and team in ensuring timely and efficient food production

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold quality and safety standards

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role preferred

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
