Event Coordinator at Vegas Ventures – Las Vegas, Nevada

We are looking for a motivated and organized Event Coordinator to help plan and manage community-based events that support nonprofit campaigns. This role is great for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and making a positive impact.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and set up community outreach and fundraising events
• Coordinate event logistics, including location, materials, and team schedules
• Work closely with outreach staff to ensure events run smoothly
• Help train and support team members at events
• Track event performance and assist with reporting results
• Communicate clearly with staff, community partners, and the public
• Troubleshoot any on-site issues and ensure a professional event experience

• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-based setting
