What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Provide information about services offered, pricing, and scheduling availability.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and ensure accurate understanding of their requirements.
• Schedule appointments efficiently, taking into account customer preferences and technician availability.
• Update and maintain appointment schedules and customer records in the database.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to coordinate appointments and ensure timely service delivery.
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide any necessary reminders or instructions.
• Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service delivery.

Things To Know:

• Hours vary based on the assigned shift but our phones are on Monday-Friday 7am-7pm and Saturdays from 9-2.
• You must be willing to work the occasional Saturday in a rotating schedule with the rest of the team--about once a month.
