As a Cook at IHOP you are expected to prepare all approved food/recipes in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. You understand and are committed to ensuring quality food service is always provided.

A qualified applicant believes in showing up to work on time, well-groomed with a clean uniform ready to work! They must be work well with others, be self-motivated, reliable and have a strong work ethic.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares menu items according to IHOP's recipes with minimal waste
• Plate Presentations and specifications.
• Completes all assigned prep work.
• Sets up workstation according to station diagram.
• Practices sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
• Cleans and sanitizes the work area before, during and after shift.
• Completes assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work a minimum of 9 hours per week
• This position requires you to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift, be able to lift at least and/or move up to 50 pounds and have full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks.
