FUNCTION:

Leading the Restaurant

REQUIREMENTS:

Lead Restaurant throuch execution of the Raving Fan Strategy

Provide leadership of a specified GROW Team

Exhibit mastery of Management of Shift and Leadership of Restaurant

Complete Lilburn Leadership Training under supervision of Operations Director

Must be Available to work a minimum of 5 full shifts per week

Must complete “The Heart of Leadership” by Mark Miller

LEAD DIRECTOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

80/20 Leadership balance

- 80% Management of Shifts and execution of Raving Fan Strategy

- 20% Providing Leadership in specified Restaurant System

Provide development and mentoring for assigned Team Leader(s)
