Maintenance Technician at West Shore – Fort Worth, Texas

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide Preventative Maintenance
• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Manages records of activity in maintenance log.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Trash out, paint and punch.
• Process Work Orders
• Building Maintenance and Repairs.
• Grounds Keeping including breezeways.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with cleaning the pool. (No chemicals)
• Completes other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintains a proper work schedule.

Skills: HVAC CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
