Compliance Business Partner – Bangladesh at PALMPAY LIMITED – Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance risk assessments and provide compliance advice for various overseas business activities and credit products, including mobile installment and other lending-related services, in alignment with business goals and legal/regulatory requirements.
• Develop and continuously improve compliance policies and procedures, including anti-money laundering (AML) processes, to streamline operations while effectively controlling compliance risks.
• Provide compliance consulting and support to business and functional departments.
• Assist in delivering compliance-related training programs.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, legal, or related roles within financial institutions or payment companies;
• Candidates with lending compliance experience are preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills;
• Capable of thoroughly understanding legal support needs and key compliance risk points in business operations.
• Excellent communication and execution abilities;
• Able to complete tasks efficiently and summarize key findings clearly.
