What You’ll Do

• Measure and cut framing as needed.
• MIG/TIG weld frames and trailer components.
• Read blueprints and follow detailed welding specs.
• Use shop tools and machinery safely and efficiently (saws, grinders, etc.)
• Inspect and ensure welds meet our high-quality standards.
• Crosstrain between different jobs.
• Work in a clean, organized, and team-focused shop.

Requirements

· High school diploma/GED.

· Previous welding experience.

· Able to accurately read a tape measure.

· Ability to read and understand blueprints.

· Able to stand, reach, bend, kneel and twist repeatedly.
