Bigfoot Roofing & Construction is growing — and we’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Insurance Sales Manager to take our already thriving insurance account to the next level. This is a high-trust, high-impact role focused on account management, operational excellence, and future scalability.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and grow our existing insurance partnership (currently generating $4.8M in revenue annually).

• Serve as the primary liaison between Bigfoot and our insurance partners — ensuring estimates, supplements, and project scopes are accurate, timely, and aligned with the account's expectations.

• Oversee and lead direct reports responsible for admin and support tasks.

• Utilize platforms like CoreLogic Claims Connect, Acculynx, and Xactimate to manage KPIs, job status, estimates, and report submission.

• Identify and pursue new insurance partnership opportunities to expand our portfolio across Florida.

• Collaborate closely with leadership on strategy, process improvements, and long-term scalability.

You're a Great Fit If You:

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within insurance or related industries

• Insurance or construction/roofing experience is a plus but not required.

• Are a natural relationship-builder who can represent our brand with confidence and professionalism.

• Have leadership potential and are capable of building and managing a small team.

• Are tech-savvy and comfortable working within web-based systems and CRMs.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where you can manage your outcomes.

Tools You’ll Use:

• CoreLogic Claims Connect (for insurance tracking, documentation, KPIs)

• Acculynx and Xactimate (for internal estimating and project documentation)

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $110,000 – $130,000, depending on experience

• Bonus/Incentive Plan available based on KPIs and account performance

• Company provides all necessary tools.

Location & Scope:

This role is based in Jacksonville, FL, but will oversee insurance operations that touch Orlando and Tampa.
