Maintenance Mechanic

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with strong hands-on electrical and mechanical experience to help keep our production lines running safely and efficiently. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role focused on equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues on production lines

• Support equipment uptime by identifying problems, tracing faults, and assisting with repairs as needed

• Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment and building systems

• Read and interpret basic electrical schematics, manuals, and equipment documentation

• Support facility needs, including welding, plumbing, and general repairs

• Work with OEM technicians or vendors when advanced machine troubleshooting or repairs are required

• Document maintenance work and ensure compliance with safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or related mechanical/electrical trade experience

• Solid electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Working knowledge of industrial equipment and basic electrical systems, including motors and three-phase power

• Ability to trace and diagnose issues with equipment and follow technical documentation

• Safety-minded, dependable, and able to work collaboratively with production teams

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and cross-train across different equipment

Preferred but not required:

• Exposure to PLC or automated equipment troubleshooting

• Roll forming or similar production equipment experience

• LOTO, confined space, or forklift training
