Registered Nurse(RN) - Emergency Services at Top Tier Reps LLC – Elko, Nevada

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Emergency Services team at a leading regional hospital in Elko, NV. Our Emergency Department caters to a diverse patient population, ranging from neonates to geriatrics, providing a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key Details:

• Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts; flexibility required based on departmental needs
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5
• Average Daily Census: Approximately 65 patients
• Annual Patient Volume: Around 25,000
• Team Composition: Typically 2–4 RNs per shift, collaborating closely with physicians

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and triage patients upon arrival
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs and symptoms
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures

Qualifications

Education:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Experience:

• Previous experience in critical care or emergency nursing preferred

Licensure & Certifications:

• Current Nevada RN license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – must be obtained within 14 days of hire
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – within 30 days of hire
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – within 90 days of hire
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) – within 6 months of hire
