Maintenance Repair Technician (CNC) - 2nd Shift at Top Tier Reps LLC – Syracuse, New York

Our client, a global leader in power management and intelligent transportation technologies, is hiring Maintenance Repair Technicians (CNC) to support their high-performing team in Syracuse, NY. This is a critical onsite position supporting the 2nd shift, responsible for troubleshooting and repairing complex CNC machinery to keep manufacturing operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in CNC machinery
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment, replacing or rebuilding components per safety standards
• Adjust equipment to meet operational specifications and validate performance
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical malfunctions using advanced diagnostic techniques
• Interpret ladder logic, schematics, and complex circuit diagrams
• Conduct electrical testing, troubleshoot printed circuit boards, and perform precise repairs
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors about unusual conditions or breakdowns

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of ladder logic, schematics, and industrial motor control
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Must reside within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY

Preferred:

• CNC machine maintenance experience
• Technical degree in electronics or relevant military electronics background
• Familiarity with hydraulic systems and mechanical blueprint reading
• 2–5 years’ experience in manufacturing maintenance roles

Salary & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $34.86/hr ($72,508 annually)
