Fleet Logistics Supervisor at GoGoX – Singapore

What You Will Deliver

• Supervise and coordinate fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, routing, and dispatching to ensure timely deliveries.

• Monitor fleet performance, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.

• Lead, train, and manage a team of drivers and logistics staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with the logistics team to plan transportation routes and manage load distribution effectively.

• Manage transportation documentation, including delivery notes, driver logs, and compliance reports.

• Handle incident reports, accidents, and implement corrective actions where necessary.

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to support business needs.

• Track KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery rates, maintenance costs) and prepare regular fleet performance reports.

• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies within fleet operations.

Who You Are

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, or related field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics supervision.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Experience in the logistics industry, warehouse, trucking company or freight forwarding industry will be a plus.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and make quick operational decisions.

• Having a knowledge of TMS/WMS will be a plus.
