Barista PT at Rand Tower – Minneapolis, Minnesota

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the preparation and service of beverages, maintaining cleanliness and providing excellent customer service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Produce and serve beverages and food items that follow recipes and/or product specifications to the expectation of guests.
• Record all sales, follow all cash handling procedures and process guest payments according to established procedures.
• Ensure the work area is clean and organized.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as necessary.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Always provides the highest quality of service to guests.
• Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to carry and move items weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of all types of coffee beverages.
• Must be able to bend, twist, lift and stand for the shift worked.
