The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

Provides assessment, treatment and care to patients who exhibit disorders related to langauge, cognition, speech production, voice and swallowing disorders, ensuring that this is performed appropriate to the age and disorder of the patient served (children (voice disorder only), adolescent, adult and geriatric). Provides in-services to staff and other disciplines as indicated.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• 3 or more years’ experience in adult rehabilitation, prefer outpatient setting experience
• Able to independently treat swallowing, cognitive, and speech and language impairments
• Experience with voice and a strong interest is a plus

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• NJ Speech-Language Pathology License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
