Mental Health Therapist at Top Tier Reps LLC – California City, California

Our client is seeking experienced Mental Health Therapists to join their behavioral health team within a correctional healthcare environment.

This role is focused on delivering high-quality psychological care to incarcerated individuals through clinical assessments, therapeutic interventions, and crisis management, all while promoting emotional stability and behavioral health.

Salary range: $110,000 to $130,000 a year

• Conduct comprehensive mental health screenings and clinical assessments via interviews and record reviews.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.

• Deliver therapeutic services including individual counseling and crisis intervention.

• Accurately document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with facility policies.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive clinical information.

• Apply evidence-based practices and psychological treatment methods.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and case management.

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years working in correctional, forensic, or high-risk populations.

• Active and unrestricted LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license in the state of employment.

• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work in a secure, high-pressure environment while remaining calm and compassionate.
