Litigation Associate (Warranty) - Hybrid at Top Tier Reps LLC – San Francisco, California

Our client, a leading Am Law 200 law firm, is actively seeking Litigation Associates with a minimum of two years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California.

Multiple openings are available in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, or remotely for candidates based in California. A hybrid schedule (2–3 days onsite) is preferred, though remote work is possible.

Salary: $150,000 – $165,000 a year

The associate will work exclusively with a dedicated team representing automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related litigation.

Note: Prior warranty experience is not required, but a strong litigation background is essential.

• Active membership in the California Bar (Required)

• 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in product liability or commercial litigation

• Proven experience with:

  • Trial and arbitration prep

  • Motion practice

  • Depositions and mediations

• Strong skills in legal research, writing, advocacy, and negotiation

• Excellent academic credentials

• High attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills

• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
