CO TE: Technical Coordinator at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB POSITION:

Responsible for all overall Network Operations as it relates to hardware
installation and support, software installation and support, communications,
and computer operations. Also provides technical support to staff (Physician
network) and end users on communications, hardware, and software.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Listed below is an outline of the major duties and responsibilities that you
will be required to perform. As the Network Technical Coordinator you are
delegated the authority, responsibility and accountability to carry out your
assigned duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be knowledgeable in the technical operations and support of a networked
physician billing system. Technical hardware and communication skills
required and previous knowledge of the business office functions in a physician's
office is helpful.

Must be knowledgeable in MS Windows operating
system, and having working knowledge in current data communications including
Ethernet, LAN's, Frame Relay, etc.
