Description:

• Create, process, and maintain work orders in the company’s business system (Global Shop)
• Review and verify work order details for accuracy before release to production or warehouse
• Manage email communications and follow-ups in Outlook
• Assist with inventory tracking and adjustments through the warehouse management system
• Communicate with other departments to ensure orders are on track
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily deadlines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft excel or warehouse management systems
• Prior experience in manufacturing, production support, inventory control, or related administrative role
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
