Job Overview

IGCommercial Inc. is seeking a seasoned and driven Commercial Glazing Project Estimator to join our Sales & Client Relations team. With over 20 years in the glazing industry, our success is built on relationships-with General Contractors, Architects, and Owners-and this role is critical in helping us grow. As a Project Estimator, you'll generate competitive bids, provide precise take-offs, and lead design-build collaborations, contributing directly to multi-million dollar revenue goals. Ideal for a candidate with deep knowledge of commercial glass systems and a passion for delivering detailed, deadline-driven work.

Key Responsibilities
Review architectural drawings, specs, and project manuals to scope jobs accurately.
Perform detailed take-offs and submit complete job quotes and recaps to management.
Prepare full proposal packages, bid documents, and bid/bond paperwork.
Submit 12-15 competitive bids per month, adjusting workload based on deadlines.
Collaborate in Pre-Con handoff meetings with Project Managers after award.
Track estimates in log and revise bids to maximize win rates and margin.
Meet personal sales goals of $4M-$5M+ annually with a 20%+ gross profit target.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, owners, and suppliers.
Support business development by introducing 3-5 new bidding relationships annually.

Qualifications
5-10+ years of estimating experience in glazing, commercial windows, or similar industry.
Strong understanding of glazing systems and materials.
Proficient in Bluebeam, Glazier Studio, PartnerPak, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to read/interpret architectural drawings, project specs, and contractor requirements.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
CAD drawing, BIM modeling, and/or project management experience is a plus.
Certifications in Bluebeam or Glazier Studio required.

Schedule
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Office Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Work hours may vary depending on bid deadlines and workload.

Work Location
Onsite - IGCommercial Inc. Office
Travel required for job site walk-throughs, pre-bid meetings, and customer visits.
