What You'll Do

As a Freelance AI Trainer and Evaluator, youll contribute to real-world AI projects by applying your domain expertise to improve the quality and accuracy of generative AI systems. Depending on your background, your responsibilities may include:

• Translating or localizing content into regional languages

• Assigning appropriate tags or labels to text, images, and videos

• Reviewing AI-generated outputs (content, code, or chatbot responses) for accuracy, tone, and relevance

• Providing structured feedback to enhance model performance

• Participating in small-scale coding tasks or product feature testing (for technical contributors)

You will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and projects, with tasks available around the clock.

Who Were Looking For

Were hiring freelance contributors across three main profiles:

1. Professionals If you come from a Medical or Legal background and have at least 8 years of professional experience or have passed qualifications like the American Bar, youre eligible to join as a subject matter expert.

2. Experts Were looking for individuals with backgrounds in STEM, Computer Science, Law (LLM), Education (teachers/academics), or Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics). You should either hold a Masters or PhD degree or have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

3. Pro Hobbyists If you have deep expertise in Music, Sports, or Video Editingsuch as professional athletes, coaches, physiotherapists, or trained musiciansand meet the criteria of a Masters/PhD or 8+ years of experience, you qualify as a Pro Hobbyist contributor.
