Production Supervisor – 1st Shift | Starting at $70K+ | St. Louis, MO

Shift: 1st (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Location: 2121 Walton Road, Overland, MO 63114
Starting Salary: $70K+ based on experience

• Lead and supervise production operators on shift
• Manage resources, equipment, and workflow to ensure efficiency
• Train and develop team members in partnership with the Value Stream Manager
• Serve as a technical resource for operators and assist with complex setups
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety standards
• Suggest process improvements and model positive leadership behaviors

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Technical knowledge of machining and equipment setup (saws, mills, lathes, routers, presses)
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite preferred
• A technical degree is a plus
