Do you want to make a meaningful difference in a child’s life? Join our mission-driven team as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) and help students overcome barriers to learning and independence. You'll partner with licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver engaging therapy that supports growth and development in early childhood and school settings.

• Support the implementation of individualized therapy plans

• Assist in evaluations related to motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living activities

• Deliver age-appropriate therapy in homes, centers, and classrooms

• Maintain clear progress notes and communicate regularly with supervising OT

• Work collaboratively with parents, educators, and therapists

• Contribute to IFSP/IEP planning and meetings

• Recommend tools and adaptive equipment to enhance development

• Help ensure therapy is aligned with best practices and program goals

• Education: Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program

• Licensure: Certified COTA and valid Driver’s License

• Experience: Prefer experience with children or students with developmental delays or disabilities

• Background Checks Required:

  • ✔️ General Background

  • ✔️ NM DOH Fingerprinting

  • ✔️ MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)

• Passion for pediatric and developmental care

• Clear communicator and team player

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills

• Eager to grow professionally

• Spanish bilingual is a plus, but not required
