Burkley Fitness Center - Facility Supervisor at Jefferson Community Health Center – Fairbury, Nebraska

Jefferson Community Health & Life is looking for someone to work part-time at the Burkley Fitness Center.

1-2 evening shifts per week, 1 weekend shift per week, rotating holidays and availability to work during the day to cover day time staff would be desired.

Evening Hours: 5:00pm - 9:00pm

Saturdays: 7:00am - 5:00pm

Sundays: 1:00pm - 5:00pm

Day Time Hours to cover if possible: between the hours of 8am - 5pm.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Supervises facility activities at the Fitness Center by assisting members and guest using the facility, servicing and maintaining equipment, and providing a safe and pleasant environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)

* Excellent Customer Services Skills

* CPR certified or willing to get certified.

* Excellent cleaning and sanitation skills required.

* Able to follow company policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL Job Duties and Responsibilities:

* Oversees and monitors all facility activities, provides customer service to members and guests, and provides a safe and pleasant environment.

* Monitors all areas and equipment to ensure the safety of members, guests and other employees.

* Conducts Pool Tests in accordance with established timelines and procedures

* Cleans and monitors the facility and equipment.

* Restocks supplies
