Key Responsibilities
- Assessment & Treatment Design: Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
- Program Development: Design and implement individualized positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans tailored to the client's needs.
- Supervision and Training: Supervise, train, implement, and monitor the progress of ABA technicians (RBTs), modeling and ensuring the consistent delivery of care.
- Data Analysis & Modification: Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries.
- Family Collaboration: Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
- Service Delivery: Deliver individually tailored treatment plans with compassion across various settings, including center, home, and school-based services.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid BCBA Certificate.
- Licensure: Nebraska LBA Licensure (if applicable).
- Experience: Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
- Logistics: Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and a valid driver's license.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Travel Requirement: Up to 25% travel.
