Position Overview:

As our Wine Steward & Bartender, you’ll have a dynamic role in providing top-notch service to our hotel guests and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Pouring wines and crafting cocktails at our full open bar.

• Assisting with prep and service for small dishes, supported by our cooks.

• Creating light wine-pairing dishes on weekdays when needed.

• Collaborating with our Chef for wine dinners and special events on the property.

• Offering digital wine, bar, and cocktail service for a seamless guest experience.

Compensation:

• Hourly pay plus service tips from customers.

• A percentage of sales conducted in the wine bar.
