Job Responsibilities:

• YouTube Ad Campaign Management: Focus on driving sales and brand awareness for skincare products. Responsible for optimizing campaigns to generate a high return on ad spend.
• Strategic Planning: Help develop and execute comprehensive YouTube advertising strategies aligned with company goals.
• Long-Term Growth: A key part of this role involves focusing on long-term business growth, improving ad performance, and scaling campaigns effectively.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyzing data from ads, conducting A/B testing, and optimizing for better performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including marketing and creative, to deliver impactful ads.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record with at least $1 million spent on YouTube ads for skincare brands or similar verticals. Strong experience with YouTube Ads management and optimization.
