We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our Residential New Construction team. In this role, you will support project managers, contractors, and stakeholders in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

• Coordinate project documentation, invoices, and compliance records.
• Schedule material deliveries and manage rental equipment logistics.
• Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records in customer vendor portals.
• Communicate project updates to field teams and clients.
• Support administrative operations, including data entry, reporting, and document management.

• Education & Experience: High School Diploma (or equivalent); 2+ years in project administration preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Soft Skills: Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in construction or residential project management is a plus!
