Computer Production Supervisor
The Computer Production Supervisor will be responsible for the production and supervision of the Custom Computer Technical Production Department. The Computer Production Supervisor must ensure the highest level of quality and professionalism with efficient production of purpose-built computing devices provided by TrinWare to their customers. Configured systems are provided to a variety of customers including sales to Business-to-Business (B2B) commercial customers, SaaS providers, VAR’s, resellers, and MSP’s in the custom computing and general business marketplace.

NOTE: This position reports to the office 5 days a week, located in Centennial, CO. Remote positions are not available. Fluctuating workloads may require 40+ hours a week as required.
Computer Production Supervisor
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-Year associate degree in computer science or related field preferred, or 5+ years of comparable experience in a comparable position.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in computer production and assembly as a computer hardware technician
- Detailed knowledge of computer hardware and components including server and workstation hardware. Ideal applicant has assembled PC’s in a professional environment and is familiar with troubleshooting hardware related issues.
- 2 Years of experience imaging Windows and other Operating Systems over a LAN with tools such as CloneZilla/Acronis/etc.
- CompTIA A+ certification (preferred)
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced computer configuration environment, while maintaining a positive attitude and meticulous accuracy
- Expertise in MAS90 (can be gained on the job) Networking experience and network enterprise server maintenance
- Network infrastructure cabling experience
- Meticulous accuracy in computer, server, and notebook configuration
- Experience with Microsoft, Linux and other related Software packages
- Extensive computer hardware and IT industry knowledge including software solutions
- Expertise with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
- 2+ Years of experience configuring and/or repairing computer hardware solutions
- 2 Years of experience imaging Windows and other Operating Systems over a LAN
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Lift up to 50 lbs. and the ability to work on your feet for 8-10 hours per day

Duties
- Manage, coach, direct and lead a successful team of configuration technicians allowing the TrinWare sales organization to exceed quotas established by the organization
- Build and develop a team of configuration Technicians providing industry leading product workmanship, quality and professional service to internal and external stakeholders
- Approve and manage team schedules including time off requests
- Perform performance reviews per company policy in a timely manner
- Create team and individual long and short-term goals for the Team in alignment with company objectives
- Work with HR to adequately staff the Production Department including interviewing potential candidates
- Accurate, efficient, and timely configuration of computers, servers, notebooks, and related products as required by the operation
- Creation of images utilizing MS DISM, WDS or related imaging tools
- Interact positively and professionally interdepartmentally
- Achieve Company goals regarding productivity levels, KPI’s and profitability
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to internal and external customers
- Continued desire to achieve expertise and remain current in the computer hardware-based industry
- Troubleshoot and perform higher level technical tasks
- Create daily, weekly and monthly tasks for technicians to assure the technical configuration department is fully stocked and organized
- Testing and repair of products and systems via the RMA process
- Take responsibility for the efficient and effective operation of the Technical Production Department
- Develop and carry forward company culture that benefits internal and external stakeholders
- Execute QBR’s alongside the sales staff and communicate with customers technically to showcase our performance and improve processes, as needed.
- Update, manage and created SOP’s and SOW’s to guide the technical team when producing systems for our customers.

Relationships
- The Computer Production Supervisor will report to the Technical Production Manager. In the absence of a Technical Production Manager, this role reports to the President. In addition, you’ll complete projects for several other members of our leadership team, which consists of 5 total members. We have a significant amount of experience in working with a team and look forward to working with you!
Hours
- 2nd Shift - between 4:00pm to 1:00am - 9-hour shift with 1-hour unpaid lunch. Schedule may vary up to 40+ hours per week. Set hours to be determined and may fluctuate with operations. As a manufacturer, overtime and additional hours may be required based on operational requirements.
Salary
- The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 OTE per year, commensurate with experience and may include a SPIFF bonus.
