Our Assistant Manager is a key role at Candy Cloud:

As a Candy Cloud leader, you are driven by a deep sense of purpose and are key to the success of your store. You are inspirational - never a bystander. As an Assistant Manager, you work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to make a positive difference every day and inspire others to do the same.

As an Assistant Manager, some of your responsibilities include:

  • Be a brand ambassador of our core values and brand nature
  • Ensure that every shift is a great one—by developing our people and managing team performance,
  • Ensure extraordinary guest experiences
  • Oversee consistent delivery of high-quality operations and service
  • Partner with the Store Leadership Team to grow sales and maximize profitability

You meet these requirements:

  • 1+ year(s) management experience
  • Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to drive positive results
  • Proven ability to run great shifts
  • Demonstrated understanding of the business
  • ServSafe certification
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Satisfy a background check
  • Authorized to work in the United States
