Williams Executive Search is actively seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our client portfolio and enhance our market presence through strategic outreach and exceptional relationship management. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who excels in identifying opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and representing our brand with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through targeted outreach, research, and networking.

  • Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with existing and prospective clients to maintain a robust client base.

  • Develop, articulate, and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs and objectives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from business development to service delivery.

  • Represent Williams Executive Search professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.

  • Regularly track and report on business development metrics, pipeline activity, and progress toward strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or relevant master's degree) preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles, ideally within professional services, recruitment, or executive search sectors.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving business development targets and managing client relationships.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and build trust quickly.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
