Driver (Class A) at Katsiroubas Produce – Boston, Massachusetts

We are a local produce wholesale distributor that has been in business for over 100 years and looking to add a Class A driver to our team!

What will a Class A driver do?

The class A driver will make deliveries through the greater Boston and New England area. No overnights - return home daily!

Main Responsibilities

• Work and ensure all deliveries are of a high standard.
• Take precautions to ensure products are delivered damage-free.
• Adhere to policies and procedures regarding delivery service and safety.
• Complete the pre/post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle meets all necessary safety and compliance requirements.
• Follow all traffic signs/laws and maintain posted speed limits.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs (frequently) on a daily basis.
• Ability to climb in and out of the tractor multiple times a day.

Who are we looking for?

• Must have a current Class A license
• No more than three (3) points on your license
• A positive, can-do attitude!
• Ability to work as a team and help motivate others
• Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day, in all weather conditions.
• Excellent attendance history work work ethic that matches
• Experience with pre/post trip inspections, a knowledge of FMCSA.
• Experience unloading boxes using a hand truck or electric pallet jack.
• Ability to work six (6) days a week, including Saturdays
