We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Maintenance Person to assist with the upkeep of HOA-managed properties. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to service requests, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of community spaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general maintenance and a strong commitment to quality service.

• Perform minor repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.
• Conduct routine inspections of common areas, amenities, and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Handle landscaping tasks such as minor tree trimming, power washing, and debris removal.
• Assist in maintaining and repairing community facilities, including pools, clubhouses, and playgrounds.
• Respond to service requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Monitor and report any safety hazards or urgent maintenance issues to management.
• Maintain an organized inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with HOA board members, residents, and vendors as needed.

• Previous experience in general maintenance, handyman services, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

• Part-Time: Up to 30 hours per week, pending the needs of the business and the season.
• Schedule: Flexible, based on community needs (weekends may be required)
