Security at Corporate Management Group – Cleveland,, Ohio

OVERVIEW:

Security is the first and last face our patrons see. They are employed for the safety and security of all our guests and staff, and they work tirelessly to make sure the customers' nights are fun and exciting. Security plays a key role in the operation of our entire business as a visible and powerful force for order.

They must also operate in the background as much as possible as silent observers. Our security spends much of their time monitoring and “reading” the crowd for possible problems as well as intervening in certain situations and extracting difficult customers.

Specific Duties:

• Maintain the guest list to ensure VIP accommodations
• Check each guest's Photo Identification upon entry and comply with all local, state, and federal laws in regard to admittance
• Observe your surroundings for guests that might need help, are intoxicated, or are being disruptive
• Follow all company guidelines in regard to guest relations of any kind, positive or negative
• Perform all duties assigned by the Manager on Duty

Requirements:

• Education Requirement
• Must High School diploma or GED equivalent certificate.
• Must have a valid State of Ohio identification.
• Must have the flexibility to work any days of the week and weekends and various other shifts as needed.
• Previous security experience is preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 6 (six) hours in length.
• Must have a good sense of balance and bend, kneel, and react swiftly to actions surrounding them.

Pay Range: $20 - $25 an hour
