What You’ll DoYou will be the frontline defender of product integrity—ensuring every reel, every test, and every process meets uncompromising standards.Execute precision inspections on finished goods—no shortcuts, no biasValidate and challenge operator test results at startups, changeovers, and beyondEnforce non-conformance controls—identify issues, isolate them, and drive resolutionConduct workmanship audits across inventory and productionSupport root cause investigations and push corrective actions through to closureInspect and assess customer returns and rework with urgency and accuracyEnsure all testing meets customer specs and internal requirements—every timeMaintain strict compliance with ISO standards, procedures, and documentationVerify calibration integrity of all inspection equipment—no exceptionsContribute to and strengthen Quality Management Systems, audits, and process controlsDrive clear communication of quality expectations across teamsCapture, document, and report quality data with accuracy and accountability What It TakesThis role demands focus, discipline, and zero tolerance for defects.Proven ability to execute consistently and accurately under pressureStrong communication skills—you will challenge, escalate, and collaborateWorking knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems (preferred)Ability to adapt, respond, and perform beyond standard hours when neededComfortable interpreting MSDS and HMIS documentationSolid computer skills; Microsoft Office proficiency requiredForklift experience is a plusReliable transportation between Elkhart facilities QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredExperience in manufacturing qualityMust meet and uphold all company policies and safety standards Work Environment & Physical DemandsThis is not a desk job.
