Elementary Teacher at Christian Life School – Kenosha, Wisconsin

We are seeking a caring, organized, and enthusiastic full-time 4th Grade Teacher to join our elementary faculty. This educator will guide students academically, socially, and, spiritually within our Christian, faith-based environment. The ideal candidate loves working with elementary students within a supportive team and creates a structured yet engaging classroom where students feel supported and challenged; and, is committed to educational excellence, embracing our Portrait of a Teacher and Five Mindsets of Charity, Growth, Positivity, Professionalism, and Team.

Responsibilities include
*Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction in core subject areas including reading, writing, math, science, and social studies, and Bible
*Foster strong foundational skills while encouraging curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking
*Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
*Assess student progress and provide timely feedback
*Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment that supports learning
*Communicate effectively with parents, students, and colleagues
*Collaborate with grade-level team members and support staff
*Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development

*Full-time

Qualifications
*Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required
*Ability to obtain and maintain an Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) teacher certification
*Strong understanding of elementary instructional strategies
*Experience teaching at the elementary level preferred
*Excellent classroom management, organization, and communication skills
*Ability to integrate technology into instruction
(State teaching licenses preferred, but not required
