Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master that is passionate about leading Agile technical teams to innovate and develop state-of-the-art digital solutions. This is a remote role with preference given to individuals residing in the Eastern time zone.
US citizenship required.
Responsibilities:
- Work with our technical teams to execute Agile-based projects for clients, interacting with teams to facilitate scrum ceremonies and working with Product Owner on overall goals and process
- Collaborate with design and development team members and peers regularly to ensure Agile practices are followed while remaining flexible; with continual releases of features
- Manage day-to-day project work, supporting the team and eliminating blockers to keep the work moving forward
- Tracking day-to-day work in Jira, with weekly report outs of key features worked on
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- > Three (3) years of Scrum Master experience leading scrum teams in various technical delivery projects (e.g., website and app development, software engineering, systems development projects)
- Experience working with cross functional teams (UI/UX, front- and back-end, QA, etc.) for well-coordinated project execution, reporting to customers weekly, monthly, and as requested, and facilitating demos at the team and stakeholder levels
- Exceptional communications skills, with experience interacting with clients, helping to problem solve and guiding prioritization of work, facilitating scrum ceremonies with the utmost professionalism, adhering to time boxes, and recognizing blockers
- Exceptional organizational skills, juggling details on multiple features, blockers, issue resolutions, capacity/load, etc., while responding to client questions and needs, day-to-day
- Help support the program manager with risks and mitigation planning for all delivery impacts.
- Understand and stay close to all requirements ensuring the delivery team is aligned for all assigned tasks and closure.
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) in alignment with the Scaled Agile, Inc. SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework), ensuring adherence to Lean-Agile principles and continuous improvement practices.
- Salesforce experience required in a Scrum Master capacity
Preferred:
- Advanced Scrum Master or Agile coach certifications
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- Experience providing coaching sessions in Agile practices with clients, other scrum masters, or scrum teams
- SAFe Agile experience and/or certification(s)

Salary range: 150K to 165K
