Job Description:

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the first impression of a guest as they take their chicken journey! This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a genuine, hospitable attitude.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Provide model customer service, manage guest complaints, and ensure satisfaction.

 Communicate effectively with both Front and Back of House teams.

 Maintain cleanliness of dining and work areas; stock and organize supplies.

 Complete daily opening, mid-shift, and closing duties.

Qualifications:

 Strong customer service skills and communication.

 Ability to answer questions and make menu recommendations.

 Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service guidelines is a plus

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

 Must be 20+1 day to serve alcohol

Physical Demands:

 Stand, bend, and move throughout shifts.

 Lift and carry up to 40 lbs; work in noisy and occasionally hot

Other:

 $18-21 per hour (inclusive of tips)
