JOB OVERVIEW
The Sr. Account Manager is responsible for providing the client with a proactive consultative approach to managing their fleet performance along with making recommendations for cost containment and maintaining LeasePlan’s profitability. Manage the Business Relationship with clients and investors, including managing the client’s expectations of Wheels service levels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide client with recommendations, complete with needed processes, to streamline activities, control costs, or enhance the client experience with Wheels. Manage client’s requirements to ensure compliance throughout the business.
- Manage client’s end of lease options; including but not limited to equipment returns, lease extensions, and buyouts. Acts as liaison between the lessee and investor for all transactions and ensures compliance with the lease agreements while maintaining good relationships with both as well.
- Provide reporting to the client as needed to increase client's ability to manage their business effectively and efficiently.
- Audit paperwork for accounts that have completed returns or extensions. May create necessary credit/debit memos, extension forms, invoices, and billing change forms.
- Manage returns with Remarketing Department to meet expectations of return dates, repairs necessary per the schedule and lease documents, and termination of unit.
- Help assist with the managing of services (if applicable) and how the data can be analyzed to benefit the clients decision making.
- Provide Business Reviews to clients at least once a year, including service goals, costs, cost reduction opportunities and overall relationship
- Assist the AR Collections team with client follow up as needed for past due invoices.
- Ensure that departmental processes are designed and implemented in a way to mitigate operational risk/losses
- Actively participates in departmental projects, ie process improvement, client retention, establish new investor relationships
- Being proficient with all Wheels internal systems.
- Help mentor/teach the other Account Managers in ways to become more proficient with working habits, lead client/investor interactions and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Make decisions that benefit both the client and Wheels.
- Communicate with co-workers, team members, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
- Demonstrate reliable and predictable attendance.
- Other duties assigned to ensure overall departmental efficiency.

- Qualify reasonable market value estimations, acceptable asset condition, and feasible lease return parameters.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service or Sales experience.
- Understanding of lease terminology, calculations and principles preferred. Excellent communication skills written and verbal, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Data Entry, PC Skills, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Aptitude for analytical review of financial lease components and be comfortable reading and deciphering legal documents.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS, PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment: This position is in Alpharetta, GA. and operates in as a hybrid position- professional office environment with some remote days/hours.
Position Type/Standard Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
Travel: No travel is expected for this position.
Physical Demands: Speak, hear, and see, and to use hand and fingers for computer keyboard and phone. Sit or stand for extended periods of time. Reach above head to pull paper attachments.

Pay Range:
$60,500-$84,700The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
