Position Summary

Applied Digital is seeking an HR Generalist to join our growing organization. This role will play a key role in supporting day-to-day people operations and ensuring a positive, engaging employee experience. This role partners closely with managers and employees, providing support on HR policies, employee relations, performance processes, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and policy guidance at Applied Digital’s data center campuses.
  • Maintain employee records, process HR transactions, and ensure dataaccuracyin HRIS systems.
  • Assistemployees withbenefitsquestions, open enrollment, and other benefit-related programs.
  • Support HR administration of performance review cycles, aidingsupervisorsto help meet deadlinesand company goals.
  • Identifyopportunities to streamline and improve workflow processes.
  • Provide feedback and status updates (regular, as needed) to HR managementregardingthe progressof different initiatives such as employee engagement, learning and development, onboardings, and more.
  • Assistwith and support various HR functions such as new hire onboardings and orientation, learning and development, employee relations, and more

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications,Businessorrelatedfield.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a Human Resources generalist or business partner role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.).
  • Experience using HRIS and payroll systems (ADP, Workday, UKG, Paycor, etc.).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or accredited HR certification.
  • Strong working knowledge of federal and state labor laws, employment practices, and other HR processes.

  • Security Compliance:Maintainsawareness of data center physical and logical security expectations.
  • Digital Literacy: Uses productivity tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Excel, ticketing systems) for communication and documentation in office or hybrid settings.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to remain in a seated position for an extended period and to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. (office manuals, case notebooks, case files, case materials, standard boxes, report binders, etc.) as needed.
