Job Description:JOB OVERVIEW The Network Account Manager will provide strategic clients and partners with a proactive, consultative approach to managing their fleet performance including costs containment and known best practices. Guide clients and partners to be self-sufficient. Provide quick, but thorough responses. Own issues fully along with making recommendations for cost containment and maintaining Wheels’ ROE. Provide reporting to clients and partners, as needed, to increase client’s ability to effectively manage their business.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Direct the day-to-day service provided to clients, leading to best-in-class service levels.
- Support the Network Client Relations Manager as the support customers and partners with business reviews, strategic improvements and protocols to improve customer satisfaction and usage of the programs.
- Ensure data integrity for all billing and reports provided to clients.
- Identify opportunities to increase product penetration with clients.
- Support New Client activation for all customers and partners assigned to personal portfolio.
- Be proficient in, and use extensively all company systems including ePlan, Servicecloud, Salesforce, Sharepoint, L&T app, etc.
- Other duties assigned to ensure overall departmental efficiency.

- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of Customer Service or Sales experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel required; PowerPoint preferred).
- Proficient at Excel with the ability to analyze data.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and time management skills.

Pay Range:
$51,000-$71,400The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
