KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Warehouse
• Operate and handle forklift and pallet jack equipment and other tools.
• Handle loading and unloading orders in a warehouse.
• Handle sensitive items and materials in a delicate manner.
• Check and identify numbers and labels on assigned items and materials.
• Maintain warehouse premises neat, clean and tidy.
• Drive trucks carrying items and materials.
• Deliver orders.
• Organize and rearrange items and materials neatly in respective places in a warehouse.
• Maintain and manage inventory levels and controls.
• Check and inspect the conditions of items and materials while loading and unloading.
• Ensure compliance of safety procedures and practices.
• Computer skills needed (Xcel, Word, Internet)

ABILITY is required to schedule actives; gather and/or collate data; and use job related equipment.
* Must have clean driving record.
* Must pass drug screen. Flexibility is required to work with others in a variety of circumstances; work with data utilizing defined and similar processes; and operate equipment using standardized methods. Ability is also required to work with a wide diversity of individuals; work with a variety of data; and utilize a variety of job-related equipment. Specific abilities required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include; communication with diverse groups; meeting deadlines and schedules; setting priorities; physical stamina; and the ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English.
Working environment
The usual and customary methods of performing the job’s junctions require the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; frequent climbing and balancing; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 5% sitting, 20% walking, 75% standing. The job is performed in a warehouse setting with some temperature variation with typical warehouse hazards.
CLI-SERVICES was founded in 1977 and has steadily grown over the past 40 years. We have on staff certified lighting consultants, journeyman electricians, master electricians, and certified lighting technicians. Our employees drive fully stocked service vehicles. In addition to our service vehicles, we have fully stocked bucket trucks with the capability of reaching up to 100 ft. working height. We also have 24-hour on-call service as well as tablets with cellular connection.
CLI-SERVICES provides sustainable energy-efficient solutions from consultation through installation and recycling. We enhance the efficiency of lighting and electrical systems for our customers through expert assistance in (1) specifying which products will produce the greatest energy and maintenance savings while providing the best solution to meet customer goals, (2) supplying and installing the new lighting and electrical products and (3) maintaining the lighting and electrical system. Customer service is our number one focus. We provide full-service solutions to our customers; the key element being the long-term relationship we build and maintain.
