Accountabilities- Provide detailed specifications for solutions, including scope, services, delivery time, and responsibilities.
- Create practical demonstrations of proposed solutions tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Project manage development of solution proposals and related statements of work across various organizations and partners.
- Conduct customer discovery meetings and document detailed solution requirements.
- Manage proof-of-concept initiatives ensuring customer support throughout the process.
- Proactively address potential project challenges or constraints.
- Communicate the business impact and outcomes derived from using the solutions.
- Support large deals, pre-sales, and business development activities.
- Develop integrated solutions for Telecom partners/customers within their enterprise control.
- Manage RFP/RFIs & proposals effectively.
- Define infrastructure requirements and design for secure and efficient software networks.
- Experience as a Solution Engineer for complex software solutions and communications networks.
- Versatile ability to work with both channel partners and direct customers.
- Strong relationship-building and technical sales management skills.
- Passion for learning new technologies and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information.
- Experience in project management and proposal development.
