Position Overview:
As a Fabrication Shop Worker, you will be an integral part of our fabrication team. You will work in our state-of-the-art facility in Noblesville, Indiana, contributing to the production and assembly of fire protection systems. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in construction, who are eager to apply their skills in a hands-on, dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the fabrication of fire protection systems, including pipes, fittings, and other components.

• Operate fabrication machinery and tools, ensuring safety and precision in all tasks.

• Follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to create custom parts and assemblies.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and tools.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and ensure high-quality standards.

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Construction Background: Previous experience in construction, fabrication, or a similar trade is preferred.

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.

• Physical Fitness: Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Drug Testing: Successful completion of a drug test is required prior to employment.

Typical Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Occasional overtime may be required based on project needs.
