This is a high-impact role where you won’t just be coding; you will be orchestrating the digital face of the company. You will have the unique opportunity to implement cutting-edge features including deploying new AI capabilities directly onto our user-facing platforms. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with digital marketing, product, and design teams to build performant, secure, and scalable web experiences that drive our business forward.

  • Maintain critical integrations with a variety of marketing platforms such as Demio, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot. You will also manage the backend logic and infrastructure required to support these frontend efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop new web features through the use of AI-enabled tools, and refine those concepts for fast deployment across the website to meet changing customer needs.
  • Troubleshoot bugs, maintain quality control, and implement web tracking features (Google Tag Manager, Analytics) to monitor traffic and engagement.

About you:
  • 3-5 years of expert-level proficiency in Next.js, React, and TypeScript (specifically strict mode patterns).
  • Deep experience with Tailwind CSS and implementing complex, responsive designs.
  • Proven experience with Sanity.io (or similar headless CMS) and Algolia (or similar search-as-a-service platforms).
  • Strong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, with the ability to manage modern web hosting, serverless functions, and backend resources.
  • AI-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated experience or strong enthusiasm for using AI development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
  • Familiarity with modern build tooling and linters like Biome, pnpm, and Github Actions.
  • You have 2-3 years of experience working in UX and a proven ability to implement UX designs from tools like Miro and Figma into functional, responsive code.
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills, experienced in working with cross-functional teams.

Pluses:
  • Experience executing site migrations between major cloud hosting providers (e.g., Vercel to AWS).
  • Experience integrating AI/LLM features directly into user-facing products.
  • Background in healthcare, genomics, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience with Rust-based web tools.
