We’re hiring motivated individuals to join our dealership team as Vehicle Buyers — helping customers sell their car, truck, or SUV directly to us.

What is Reverse Sales? Customers contact us because they want to sell their vehicle.

Your role:

• Evaluate vehicles
• Build trust with sellers
• Present competitive purchase offers
• Acquire inventory for retail or wholesale

Our goal:
Each buyer acquires 30–50 vehicles per month What You’ll Do

• Meet with customers selling their vehicles
• Conduct quick vehicle evaluations
• Use our proprietary appraisal app (5–10 minute process)
• Present purchase offers confidently
• Negotiate professionally while creating a great experience
• Secure vehicles for dealership inventory
• Maintain strong follow-up and communication

? Preferred Experience

• Automotive sales experience OR
• Telemarketing / phone sales
• Retail or hospitality sales backgrounds welcome
• Customer-facing experience strongly valued

Requirements

• Valid Sales License (or ability to obtain)
• Professional communication skills
• Positive attitude & strong work ethic
• Ability to work closely with the Business Office / DMV Clerk to finalize deals, process paperwork, and ensure customers are paid quickly and accurately
• Must be available to work weekends
